WALO HD, LLC may remove or restrict access to material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed notice. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement may carry legal consequences.

7. Privacy Policy

WALO HD, LLC may collect information you provide through contact forms, newsletter registrations, purchases, memberships, surveys, promotions, comments or customer-support communications. This may include your name, email address, mailing or billing information, account details, transaction information, preferences and the content of your communications.

The site and its service providers may automatically collect IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, referring pages, interactions, viewing and listening activity, advertising identifiers, cookie data and similar usage information. Payment card details may be processed directly by a payment provider and need not be stored by WALO HD, LLC.

Depending on residence and applicable law, visitors may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or portability of personal information; obtain information about its collection and disclosure; opt out of certain sale, sharing, profiling or targeted advertising; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. WALO HD, LLC will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

11. Newsletters and Communications

By submitting an email address for newsletters or promotional communications, you authorize WALO HD, LLC and its service providers to send the requested messages. Marketing emails will identify the sender and provide a functioning unsubscribe method. Opt-out requests will be honored as required by law, although transactional, account, security or purchase-related communications may continue when necessary.

Do not submit another person's contact information without permission. Signing up for a newsletter does not create a paid membership unless the price and recurring terms are separately and clearly accepted.

12. Forms, Promotions and User Submissions

Information submitted through forms must be accurate and lawful. Separate official rules may govern contests, sweepstakes, giveaways or promotions and will control if they conflict with these general terms. Eligibility, geographic restrictions, deadlines, prizes and required disclosures will be stated in those rules.

If the site accepts comments, recordings, photographs, messages or other submissions for possible publication, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions. Unless separate terms state otherwise, you grant WALO HD, LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, edit for length or format, distribute and display the submission in connection with its programming and promotion. WALO HD, LLC is not required to publish or retain a submission and may moderate or remove it.

13. Memberships and Recurring Payments

Paid membership features, benefits, price, billing frequency, renewal terms and cancellation instructions will be disclosed before enrollment. By starting a recurring membership, you authorize the disclosed charges until cancellation. Changes to price or material terms will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily create a refund for an already-started billing period unless the offer, checkout terms or applicable law says otherwise. Membership credentials and benefits are personal, may not be resold or shared except as expressly allowed, and may be suspended for fraud, abuse, nonpayment or material violation of these terms.

14. Products, Orders and Payments

Product descriptions, availability and prices may change. WALO HD, LLC may correct errors, limit quantities, reject or cancel orders, or request additional verification. An order acknowledgment is not acceptance; acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed for fulfillment or the digital product or service is provided.

Purchasers authorize all stated charges, taxes, shipping and other amounts shown before checkout. Payments may be handled by independent processors under their own terms. Buyers are responsible for accurate billing, shipping and contact information and for complying with laws applicable to their purchase.

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the checkout terms. Return, exchange, cancellation, preorder and refund conditions displayed on the product page or during checkout form part of these terms and control for that transaction. Digital content, personalized items, final-sale merchandise and services already performed may have limited refund eligibility where permitted by law.

15. Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and WALO HD, LLC does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without legally required parental consent. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact hablemos@walohd.com.

Purchases and paid memberships must be made by an adult or with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

16. Terms of Use

By using this site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information without authorization, impersonate another person, misuse intellectual property or use the site to violate the rights of others.

Accounts, if offered, must contain accurate information and be protected against unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and must promptly report suspected compromise.

WALO HD, LLC may modify, suspend or discontinue features and may restrict access for security, legal or operational reasons or for violation of these terms.

17. External Services and Links

Links, players and embedded media may connect to services operated by third parties, including YouTube, iHeartRadio, Apple Podcasts, social networks, podcast-distribution services, payment processors and commerce providers. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. WALO HD, LLC is not responsible for their content, availability, security, advertising, transactions or data practices.

18. Security and International Processing

Reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards may be used to protect information, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors use online services at their own risk and should not send sensitive information through ordinary email or unsecured forms.

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. Required protections will be applied where applicable.

19. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site, products, digital content and services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. WALO HD, LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and noninfringement, except where they cannot legally be disclaimed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WALO HD, LLC and its owners, personnel, contractors and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or interruption arising from the site, content, products, memberships, third-party services or external links. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

20. Indemnification and Severability

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WALO HD, LLC and its owners, personnel and contractors from claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms or infringement of another person's rights.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
